ktbshop♡ pieces are rare by design.  carefully curated, thoughtfully selected, and shipped with intention.  every item is sold as-is, and any known flaws will always be noted in the product description.

please note that we are not responsible for items after they have shipped.  we encourage all customers to review shipping protection options at checkout.

store credit.  in select cases, store credit may be issued for defective items.  to be considered, the defect must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.  all requests require a written explanation and are subject to approval.
